Procedures:
At the Job level, make a new job.
Read the attached document.
Use the SPAC/de-SPAC dropdown to indicate if the company is SPAC or de-SPAC.

Click “Save.”
Alert the XBRL team via email that there is a potential SPAC/de-SPAC.
Filter by the SIC Code from the SIC Code dropdown to determine if the job is SPAC/de-SPAC.
The SIC Code is provided by the client, and the SIC Code will automatically populate, and determine if the company is a SPAC/de-SPAC.
The SPAC SIC Code is 6770. The XBRL team filters for code 6770 to find the SPAC companies.
If a company does not have an SIC Code yet, use 0000 as a placeholder.
de-SPAC identification process is TBD.
